Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bosshoglighting.com and the communications services offered by Boss Hog Holiday Lighting LLC (“Boss Hog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website information
The website provides general information about Boss Hog and its services. Content may change without notice and does not create a binding service agreement.
Quotes, designs, and availability
Online requests are invitations to discuss a project and do not guarantee pricing, scheduling, service availability, or acceptance of work. Final scope, pricing, installation dates, service terms, and payment requirements will be stated in a separate estimate or agreement. Mockups and concepts are preliminary until approved in writing.
SMS program
Our online quote and design-request forms have separate service and promotional SMS consent boxes, both unchecked by default. Selecting “Required service text messages” authorizes service-related, non-promotional messages from Boss Hog Holiday Lighting LLC about your request, quotes, designs, scheduling, crew arrivals, installation, invoices, payment confirmations, and service updates. Selecting “Optional promotional text messages” separately authorizes recurring marketing messages about seasonal offers, availability, discounts, and new services. Choosing Text as your preferred contact method does not by itself provide SMS consent.
SMS consent and frequency
Service-text consent is required to submit an online quote or design request. Promotional consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a request or purchasing services. If you prefer not to receive texts, request an estimate by calling (479) 354-5389 or emailing info@bosshoglighting.com. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Previously recorded choices remain as recorded unless you authorize a change. Message frequency varies based on your choices, requests, and active services, and message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and will notify us if that number changes.
SMS opt-out and help
You may opt out of all SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also contact us to update only your service or promotional preference. For assistance, reply HELP, email info@bosshoglighting.com, or call (479) 354-5389. We may change a short code or phone number used for the program and will provide notice when required.
Carriers and delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. The SMS program may not be available on all devices or through all wireless carriers.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information, including mobile information and SMS consent records, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse forms, copy protected materials for commercial use, or use the website in a way that harms Boss Hog or others.
Intellectual property
